Zhao's Birthday Party

This Saturday, Zhao held his 21st birthday. This is a very meaningful birthday for people in America. Because it symbolizes that you are able to drink alcohol legal! Many Chinese get together to celebrate his birthday. And as the special  meaning for his birthday, the most presents he got was champagne! lol! He can drink as much as he can!lol!!

The rose is one of my favorite songs. I always feel comfortable when I listen to it. And I like the lyrics very much. This song written by Amanda McBrooom and made famous byBette Midler. "The Rose" is featured in the 1979film of the same name, in which it was performed by Midler. It has been covered by artists all over the world! One of my favorite version is performed by Olivia Wong, a singer from Singapore. She sings really well. And my phone ring is the version by her. I really like this song.

Delicious food!

These four dishes are Shanghai food. I recently ate them in NYC's chinatown. I was so excited to taste my hometown food! I miss them so much! The first one is very famous, many Americans know it. It is called "Xiao Long" while Americans call it dumpling. Chinese think the best Xiao Long should contain much and decilious soup inside. The top right is Fried Rice Cake. The botton left is Braised croaker in source, My mum always cook that for me when I was in Shanghai. The last is Cooked Chicken and Chestnut with Chinese Pot With Steep Wall. It tastes sweet. If you have chance to go to Shanghai. You really should try them!~~

The Stature of Liberty

My friends and I visited the Stature of Liberty while we were spending our spring break in New York. Although It was raining, we spent a good time. The way to get there is taking a ferry. A museum was inside the stature. There were many different kinds of the Stature of Liberties and also included many cartoons and posters of the stature. Unfortunately, we did not able to get to the highest level since it had already been full booked. Before we left, I spent three dollars making a coin which the Stature of Liberty was on it. Since we did not visit the whole stature, I think I will go there again in the future.

LadyGaGa's Concert!

This spring break my friends and I went to Boston to watch LadyGaGa's concert! It was so exciting! Although we waited for a long time before GaGa showed up. I did not know GaGa was so warm hearted. She encouraged people to donate for others who are suffering difficulties. I used to love her songs only, but now I like LadyGaGa much more. The show was perfect! Her performance was amazing and creative. She is really good at singing. My friends and I were so high that we all stood up, sang and danced with her! We enjoyed so much!
